Audition Form WIP

Below is the audition form for canon characters but before you post please be sure to read the -rules of the site-. I will know if you did not read them, trust me.

So for those who are unfamiliar with forums, the coding used for the audition form can be found in the white scroll box below the description provided. Please follow the description for any questions you may have in how to fill out the form, and for any further questions you may ask a Dreamer (staff member). Staff names and links can be found in the under the widget named Dreamers which is located on the left of your screen.

Character Name: What is the name of the character you are auditioning for?
Account Name: If your account is named something other than the character you're auditioning for, please put it here.
Movie/TV Show/Game: What movie, tv show or game is your character from?
AU or Canon?: If you're planning on altering the original story please just be sure to let us know here. If not just put Canon.
Fant./D.A./D.D.?: Are you a member of Fantasmic, Diverse Allegory, or Disney Disturbed? If you are please mention which one and what character you play.If you are not then please just put N/A here
Activity Average: About how often do you think you'll be online?
History This only applies if you're rping an AU canon. Please write the new story here.
Fighter/Docile: Will we expect to see your character in fights or watching from the side lines (docile)?
Other Accounts: Do you have any other accounts on Disney Dreams?
RP Sample: If you are a member of one either D.D./D.A/Fantasmic and you are rping the same character you rp on rp.me you don't have to post here. If you are not from one of the groups or you are but you're playing a different character, please write at least 3 paragraphs (12 sentences) in third person of the character you will be rping here.
Keywords: Here is where you put the keywords listed in the sites rules! Please read them and place the words requested in this slot or you audition will not pass until you have done so.

Appearance: Either send a picture or write a detailed description of what your character looks like; skin tone, hair color, clothing etc.
Personality What sort of personality does your character have? Write a detailed description here.
History: What is your character's background? Please write at least 12 sentences (3 paragraphs)
Fighter/Docile: Will we expect to see your character in a fight or will they be watching from the side lines (docile)?
Rp Sample: We need everyone to write an rp sample that is at least 12 sentences (3 paragraphs) in third person from your character's point of view. This will tell us if you can rp this character the way your background and personality tell us you will.
